Quiet,conservative senior female looking for mature person to rent FULLY furnished room [9 by 12 feet ] on second floor of single home in pleasant safe neighborhood. I am not able to store extra furniture.This room is for ONE person only. Rent includes all utilities, WIFI, cable, use of laundry and LIGHT/LIMITED use of kitchen.You would be expected to help keep the common areas neat and clean. Looking for someone who is gainfully employed {outside of my home} and/or a serious student and is active and on the go. No animals as there are 3 cats and a small dog already here [ I mention this to alert those who may have to consider allergies ].The house is on the #6 Dart bus and Unicity free routes.This is a smoke free house.
