Hey, my name is Will. I am a young single professional male renting a room in my 3-bedroom house. Located off Rt 10 near Chippenham Pkwy in Chesterfield 23234. Am 20 min from downtown Richmond. Not on bus line. Close to shopping. Quiet area, low crime.

Room is furnished, w/TV, bed, dresser and wall shelving. Carpeted. Cable ready, so u will have that to enjoy. Wifi also available. I pay the entire Cable bill & Wifi, and utilities are free! Just pay a flat $450/month. NO OTHER FEES! No lease to sign, and no credit check or background check.

NOTE: If we are a good fit, then I will hold the room 'til you move in; at which time you will pay the first month's rent. And the only way I want to be paid is every 30 days; the $450 paid in full.

Kitchen use available and washer/dryer....Large fenced-in backyard w/deck and gas grill.

Me, i'm in home improvement sales; a college grad, and very chill guy. Light drinker. I don't smoke, but ok if you do as long as it's outside.
