I have an extra room in my apartment that's going to waste, I am looking for a roommate, you don't have to sign the lease if you don't want. I am looking for someone with a job and preferably without a huge criminal background. I don't judge but it's just my preference. I would also prefer a female roommate but guys or couples are welcome as well. Also please be around my age I'm 23 so no one over 33 sorry.
The apartment is pretty nice. You'll have your own bedroom and bathroom and the bedrooms are not close to one another neither are the bathrooms. I am asking $450 but am willing to negotiate. The $450 includes all utilities, rent, internet, insurance, and possibly an addition to my gym membership that's around the corner if you're into that stuff. The apartment is clean, the neighborhood is fairly quiet. I can provide pictures as well as lengths/dimensions of the room/bathroom. I Would prefer we met in a public place for both of our safety to see if we get along and if it will be a good match. Also this is temporary (6 months) and the possibility of longer if I resign my lease. You don't have to stay the entire 6 months, but a little notice if you decide to move would be nice. Cats and dogs are ok, but there's a deposit for pets.
