Hello! I am currently living with my brother in a brand new three bedroom townhome. I need someone to temporarily rent out my (master) bedroom because I will be starting an au pair position abroad. We have a third bedroom for occasional guests and family members. It would be perfect for a young person working full time or studying at jccc. My brother is quiet and keeps to himself, mostly gone on the weekends. You would have a private bathroom and the bedroom is furnished, although I will put some things in storage. There is a space to park in the garage, laundry, and the area itself is pretty quiet.
