I am looking for a wonderful person to take over a sublease on my bedroom in Nashville.
It would be a month to month contract. I would prefer someone able to stay through September, but if you are planning on staying for a lesser amount of time no sweat!
The bedroom is spacious with a walk in closet. I do have a roommate with an adorable cat! The room already has a bed, TV stand, and no furniture would be needed.
