I currently have a room available to rent. The house is located in Bath, right behind the wellness center, and is right next door to Lebron. It sits on 3 acres and the house is 3,500 square feet. There is plenty of room for privacy although also an opportunity to hang out with your roommates as well. The address is 4127 Idlebrook in Akron - 44333. The room is downstairs, opens to its own bathroom (although its shared), and has an attached suite with a jacuzzi. Our house has a big screen tv, pool table, ping pong table, poker room, and sand volleyball court. There are 4 people currently living here with separate parking spaces for everyone.

We are a group of 20-30 something professionals who stay pretty relaxed on weekdays but definitely have fun on weekends going out, etc. Would love to have you over to see if it would be a good fit for you. No pets or children please. $450 rent/month with two months due upon move-in ($900 total). $450 of that is your security deposit, which will be returned to you as long as you provide one month notice of your departure. Utilities rang $75-$120/month and include gas, electric, internet, cable with HBO and DVR, wireless internet, drinking water, normal water, and trash. No lease or anything required.

It's convenient to U of Akron, downtown Akron, Fairlawn, the Valley, and 1/4 mile from interstate 77. The home sits on 3 acres and the house is 3,500 square feet.
