I'm currently looking to rent/sublet out a room for the remainder of the summer till August 14th for a great house near ASU and Mill Ave. Rent is $450/month and is already occupied with three kind, relaxed roommates (All guys, all 21 yrs old) and an awesome, quiet, friendly Bulldog named Blitz. House has large kitchen, wireless internet, washer/dryer, outside fireplace, grill, sauna, HUGE backyard, AMAZING pool/jacuzzi for the summer, and a 2-car driveway w/street parking 24/7. The bathroom is shared with one other roommate and utilities are split four ways each month (electric, trash, gas). Room is 11' x 11', hardwood floors, personal closet, and a chalkboard wall for fun. Looking for someone social, easy-going, relatively young (20-30), and is looking for a cool spot for the summer.
