Farm House in Ray Twp. Indian Trail, 29 mi. is not big...it's small & dirty. One bedroom is without a standard closet, ...no discount, but this room comes with 2 invading flying squirrels, and a small mouse & rat House says clean....wrong,.... dusty, and dirty. Homeowner can't afford garbage pick up, so garbage is stored outside his house for months, which welcomes all these critters into the dirty farmhouse. Ad says full cable....wrong, no cable channels, no local channels, just your standard crappy Netflix. Homeowner is not cool as mentioned in posting. He is very uncool, and drinks from early morning, very early morning till very late at night. He dances bare chested around the place, which is very uncool. He looks like he is ready to deliver twins from his beer belly. Also looks like he is in a daze most of the time. You won't get any sleep, plays radio, plus internet at same time, very loud all day, even when he leaves. Homeowner can get very testy, crude, and psycho if you ask him to lower sound, or any other complaint. Posting states home cooked meals just about everyday......wrong, he would like it that way, if you did the cooking. That's why he wants females. Very old refrigerator is for his stored beer.....good luck in finding any room for your food. Homeowner believes world evolves around him only.......wrong. He is looking through drunken wet brain eyes. Can be very abusive, and enjoys tormenting his tenant's if they disobey his 1 day move out rule. Also states, "this is a safe environment, Yes, if he wasn't living there. Plays with his guns after he's loaded with alcohol, and states the main problem in his area is people breaking into cars a lot at night. The homeowner stated that this old farm house was almost condemned, but he thinks he saved it.......wrong again. :( Private room.....wrong....you may have to share with little outside critters that invade through the uncovered floor vents, as he stated. If you feel something crawling up your leg at night, it's either the flying squirrels, or the mouse/rat. This really happened to me.
