Furnished room available for a single person. Room includes, recent renovations throughout....carpet , doors, and more. Full size bed, dresser, sheets , towels, closet , book case, 32" LCD TV
Utilities include, Comcast cable, phone, internet, lights, heat, hot water, and parking. Little to no storage. Common bathroom directly across from the room and is pretty much yours being the other one is off of the master bedroom.
Other amenities are Washer and Dryer and a room with a desk that's shared, but organized for two people. That room can also be a sitting room for TV other than just being in your bedroom all the time.
Must be a non smoker, (not even a smoker that smokes outside),(420 Outside is fine ). Must be QUIET, is respectful of the one other household member , and most important, someone who picks up after themselves, ESPECIALLY after cooking. I don't care what your room looks like, but "common" areas, Kitchen / bathroom / laundry, are left as found, cleaned. A medium sized 8 yr old lab mix also lives there. Shared Kitchen with all plates, cooking and other utensils.
