Hi there,
I have a about 1-2 rooms available since two are finishing up their term at PCC and moving on to new adventures outside of Portland!:] All the rooms are essentially really spacious along with large closets. Rent varies in size, month to month lease. Only electricity will be split, everything else will be covered. We have high speed internet and TV!(: There are two fireplaces; One in the living room and one downstairs in the basement area. This is part of an apartment complex. We have a washer and dryer in the unit.
Looking into renting mid April or May or June at the latest. Move in dates are negotiable.
We are located by TikTok. Landmark: 11215 SE Division St Portland. It's a 3 minutes walk from the nearest bus stop (#4) and about 10 minutes from the 9 bus line. There's a gas station, plaid pantry and various markets nearby within a 10 minute walking distance. There's a nearby park (Kelly Butte). Off street parking.
It's great and convenient if you attend PCC at the SE campus. Most of us are students as well. Also, you can take the 4 straight to PSU although it's a 40-45 minute bus ride. Exchange students are welcome!(: Love learning about various cultures.
Anyhow, not 420 friendly. Sorry. In regards to smokers, I prefer not a heavy smoker but if you must, please do it outside. Drinkers...don't get too crazy.(: Sorry, there's also a no pets policy. :(
As far as roommates go, of course be respectful and keep areas clean. Explode in your own space, clean up after yourself. Communication is important, let's get along. I think having roommates are a fun experience, let's get to know each other. I would like to occasionally do a dinner gathering if possible.(:
I'm in my early 20s. Studying at PCC, some hobbies include archery, drawing, gaming, taekwondo, eating, sleeping, internet, travelling and just hanging out with friends.(:
