I'm looking to rent a house in south Scottsdale starting around March 5th. I am looking to find two roommates that would like to get a place together. I am looking to find a house in the south Scottsdale or north Tempe area. I would only want to do a house, since apartments are over priced and annoying (parking, fees, pets, parking and parking haha).

Ideal house would be fairly new or recently renovated with a nice backyard and maybe a pool. I love spending time in the sun and bbq'n, so a backyard would be crucial. I'm looking to find a place that would have a price range between $400-$500 dollars. I am going to look at some places this weekend to try and find something.

I am a 25, guy, college graduate and have a job as a financial analyst. I work 8-5, Mon thru friday. So I keep things pretty quiet during the week, but the weekends I like to get outside, play sports, hit mill or old town, sporting events or pretty much anything that does not include sitting at home. I like to chill in the backyard, listen to some music and have a craft beer. Looking to join a softball league somewhere to stay busy too.

Looking for people who have the same mentality on life, no worries and fun. I am serious about my career and advancing it, but I take nothing else in life seriously. Not looking for someone who is going to play video games all day and get stoned in the living room. Students or young professionals would be best, who have goals in life but like to party some too would be great. Guy or girl does not matter, but prefer no couples.
