I own a 4 bedroom/2.5 bath, 2400 sq ft home in Meridian. It is a very beautiful home (was just built in Sep 2014). The home is located in the Ventana subdivision right next to a park on 1/4 acre lot.

My fiance and I recently broke up and he moved out of the home, so now I have tons of space for a roommate. The home has hardwood floors downstairs, carpet upstairs, granite countertops throughout, stainless steel appliances, and a brand new front loader washer/dryer. Roommate will have full house privileges (except for the master bedroom). There is extra space in the garage for storage if needed.
