I have a single bedroom for rent. House has 2 living rooms so you will have a living room to fix up how you like "possibly" soon a second bathroom in my living room will be finished so you will have the main bathroom as well most of the time. New carpet put in TODAY so clean person is a must. I am a very clean person and very easy to get along with. Im 30 white male play sports and have 3 small dogs that will never be in the main part of the house. Rent is 400+ 1/2 electric bill all other items are covered.
