We are looking to fill a room opening in our house. Move in would be july 1st, if approved by management.
We live in a 3 br, 2.5 bath, 2 level house with a den. We have a small fenced back yard, and washer and dryer is included. There is an Australian Shepherd living in the home, so you must be good with dogs.
You would be living with one male and one female. We are all both in our mid 20s. So if you are under 21, this isnt the best fit for you. We work full time, so we have very busy schedules. We are looking for someone who is compatible with our lifestyles and is trustworthy.
The room overlooks the front of the house and has a huge window. Rent is $450 not including utilities (trash, water, electric, gas). That can range from $40-80 depending on the time of year. There is an application fee through management that must be cleared before move in. Management also requires applicants to have 2 years of rental history with the latest rental ending in the last 12 months.
