I own a cat, but that is the only animal we can have. There is one full bath, one half bath. Full kitchen, living room, and a bedroom with a queen size bed and two nightstands (if needed). There is a small, fenced yard. One parking space at the townhouse with free, additional parking within 500 yards. Rent is $475 a month including all utilities (power, water, satellite tv, internet). There is a washer and dryer in the unit, right next to the rooms.
