Hello, I'm looking for a male roommate to move in June 1st into a spacious 2br apartment. The apartment has a big kitchen, dining area, living room, washer and dryer included, shared bathroom, big bedroom (10' x 10'), your own parking spot for one car, lawn and plowing taken care of, and plenty of storage. Rent is $850 ($425 each) which includes heat and hot water, we are responsible for electric and internet (around $50 - $60 each). I have DirectTV and if you want to split it ($45 each), I can get you your own box for your bedroom, if not I don't mind you using the cable in the living room. There is also a security deposit of $425 required to move in, but for the right person I would be willing to help cover that. I'm a 30 year old male looking for male roommate between the ages of 21 - 35 to move in. I work 60 hours a week so I'm looking for someone who is quiet during the weekdays.
