Situation:
Move In date July 1.
I am looking to rent out on a month to month basis for $500 a month, plus $300 security deposit. I would prefer someone who would plan to stay at least 6 months. I own the home. This includes one bedroom (11x12), shared use of full bath, kitchen, living/dining room, backyard and garage. This also includes utilities (gas/electric/water) and internet/Netflix/DISH.
About the House:
My ranch style house is located in the Bradley Estates neighborhood in the city of Milwaukee, on the border of Milwaukee and Brown Deer. It is a very quiet neighborhood. 15 minutes to downtown, and 5-6 minutes to both I43 and Hwy 45. The house is approx. 1200 sq feet, 3 bed, 1.5 bath. There is a washer and dryer availablr. 2 car garage - roommate will have access to one space. If more space is needed for a vehicle, I have a very large driveway. There is a decent sized backyard and I have patio furniture, fire pit, gas grill. The full bath is small, but does have a tub. The kitchen and living area are good sizes. The room for rent is 11x12 feet, hardwood floors, decent sized closet. Currently, there is a comfy full size bed in the room. A roommate can use that bed, or if they have their own, I am willing to store my furniture.
About me:
I am a 29 year old professional female. I have a solid career, and work 8-4:30 Mon-Fri. I am usually in bed by 10pm. I cook a few times a week. I am pretty laid back, and occasionally have company. I am a very considerate person and have never had issues with roommates in the past. I have two very friendly cats. I also have a dog - a pitbull. He is a lover and thinks he's a lap dog. If his breed bothers you, you wont be a good fit, obviously. I am not a neat freak, but I like to have things in their place and have a sense of order. I do not smoke or do drugs, but I do drink socially, or have a couple beers or wine after work. I am not a partier.
What I am looking for:
A professional/responsible female roommate. I would prefer someone pretty laid back, like myself. No smokers, or any drug users. I am open to the right college student as well. I cannot allow any more pets.
