I'm looking to sublet my apartment in a quiet complex near UConn. It's within walking distance and is a lovely place to live. The apartment gets lots of natural light during the day and it's a good size for one person or a couple who are comfortable sharing a smaller space. The apartment doesn't have central air, but the cross-breeze is great during the summer with the windows open, and you can put in a window air-conditioning unit if desired.
Move in date is flexible after May 15, move-out date is July 31. $500/month plus electric and internet/cable. I will add pictures!
