I am off to France and looking for someone to water my plants and help pay my rent while I'm away. $625 covers the six weeks including utilities. The actual rent and utilities are more than that - I'll still be paying part. I'm asking for a $200 security deposit as well. If you have a pet, that's fine but I'll need an extra $100 deposit. Deposit will be fully refunded if nothing is damaged, of course.

I have two housemates but one will be gone during the same timeframe so you'd be sharing with just one. He is at work a lot but when he isn't he is awesome to hang out with.

We are a sex-positive, politically radical house. Queer folk and POC welcome. No pets will be present though there is a dog that usually lives here so there is dog hair, in case you're allergic. There are stairs leading up the house and the room for sublet is on the second floor. The house is big and bright and has laundry and central air (but please don't crank it cause that would be hella expensive). There is also a bathroom that you will likely have to yourself unless my housemate sublets his room as well but I don't think that's his plan.
