Hello, I am a college educated white male. I am a recent cancer survivor and also just went through a heartbreaking divorce from a woman who I thought was the love of my life, she instead found it in the arms of another man. I am basically starting over and I am looking for a clean,safe place to call home for about a year. A room,apt,basement,trailer,RV whatever ! I am very clean cut, no drugs or alcohol and I do not smoke. I am clean and pick up after myself. I am very quiet and respectful of others. I do not have late nights out . I am steady,honest and drama free. No BS and never a excuse for being late or not paying rent on time.I am also a good handyman. My ex and I owned a 60 acre ranch and home along with several rental properties of which I did all the work and maintenance. I am now on disability but will be finding a job when I arrive in Atlanta in just a few days. OK well now the bad. I was convicted of a financial crime in 2001. It came from a failed business . Long story but will explain in you need. I am not a criminal but it has made life difficult on times.
