I am a female college student (early 20s) looking for (preferably female) roommates, although open to male as well. Ideally, I'd like to move into a private room within a furnished apartment or shared house, but an unfurnished space is also encouraged. In addition, a place in close proximity to main transit stations would be a plus.

A little about me: a people person, but currently on an independent study to complete my degree, therefore incredibly devoted to my studies as of late. Chill and personable. I'm into volunteering, traveling, and I love to write. I'm an English Major and I try to paint when I can find the time. I currently work at a cupcake shop, so I have a good feeling whoever I room with in the future will be incredibly happy :)

I don't have any pets. I'm looking for clean roommates who are calmer during the week, and respect privacy, although I'm always open to making new friends.

Can move in as early as June 15! A place with the option of renewal or longer stay period is preferred. Please be vigilant of my listed budget :) I look forward to hearing from you!
