Room for rent in a 1000 sq ft house, built in the mid 50's, 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom, washer/dryer, wifi.
6 month least, $200 deposit, $400 a month
I have 3 dogs -- a friendly 9 yr Pitt mix, 8 yr Shepard mix and a small 3 yr dog. I have 2 adult cats.
Bedroom has a queen size bed, the room is big, but that is the only storage.
Street parking, you need a car to live here. The bus service stops at 7pm and doesn't run on Sun.
Must have verifiable work history. No parties, no drama, no smoking or heavy drinking. Light 420 would be ok as long as rent is priority.
