My name is Erik Munoz. I'm 22 years old. I'm a traveling salesman. This is the fifth state that I've lived in and I have had all kinds of roommates in the past. I recently decided to settle down in the beautiful state of Oregon. I have enough money to support myself and have an 8 hour job at Xerox.

The house I currently live is in Portland Oregon. The address is 5432 SE 122nd Ave. the houses lease is about to expire. My roommates and I do not plan on renewing the contract. We are all going our separate ways. I would love to hold a FaceTime interview for anyone also looking for a roommate.

Honestly speaking. I only want to have my own room, I'm single and I plan on been single for a lot longer. I don't have many friends since I moved here last September. I've been doing fine since then and I don't like to get myself into drama, I drink moderately and smokes occasionally but never at home, I cook a lot so I'll need to use the oven often.

I recently sold my car, I want to move closer to Tigard only because I work there. I don't want to deal with gas and insurance. My drivers license is from Utah and my record is clean. I have never had An accident or even a speeding ticket.
I don't have any criminal records.
I don't have any kids
I don't have any pets.

The new roommate or roommates have to have;
-Have at least 1000 dollars on their accounts to start a new lease with me or already have the place and I could move in. I can show proof that I have enough for rent and pay for my own expenses.
-Have a full time job or have consistent income.
-rent around 500 a month is what I'm looking for.
