We have all appliances, furniture, dishes, cookware, coffee maker, etc. in the common areas, making it a great for short-term folks too. Great open floor plan and tastefully decorated with tall ceilings, decorative fireplace and crown molding, etc. We have air mattresses and a few odds/ends of furniture if needed for your room. Your bedroom is away from other bedrooms, offering more quiet/privacy. Nice quiet and safe residential street in a classy upscale neighborhood, not a rental neighborhood.

Nice quiet area with easy access to OKC and Edmond. $500 rent per person includes all utilities and wi-fi internet. Busy, hard-working full-time pleasant professionals here who tend to stay busy with work/hobbies and sometimes don't see each other all that much, are very responsible and friendly, courteous, seek the same in housemate. We like a quiet, tidy, relaxing, more private/serene home to come to after a long day of work. Gardeners more than welcome here.. we do have a big yard and garden areas. No drama, drugs, smoking, or parties to be found here. We might have an occasional glass of wine with dinner. Great place to study as it's a quiet and private home with minimal traffic here. We don't have an age or gender preference of our housemate; we've had a variety of aged adults (20s to 50s so far, no preference) and genders. If you like a quiet, pretty home, you'll like it here. No Cats or smoking/vaping, we're very allergic to both.
