Hello, Im Mr Romano. My wife and I have a room available in our home that we are lookin to rent out to the right person, we live in dover. Im offering a room with full use of kitchen, a private half bathroom, use of w/d, and a small area for storage. Electric will be included in rent. Your only responsibilities will be to pay your rent ( required at time of move in ), pick up after yourself, and no house guests because my wife and children also live in the home.
