About the condo:
It's a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo in Avondale Estates. It will be available after June 3rd. It's in a nice, safe, quiet complex that has a pool and tennis court. There's also Avondale Park nearby with a lake.
The condo is on the first floor. There's a fireplace and patio that leads to a grassy area. The available room for rent has a walk-in closet and has it's own attached bathroom.
$500 a month, $500 deposit, utilities split in half
I have living room furniture but your room will be unfurnished.
