x0024500 Seeking 3rd Roommate for Our Large 3 BDR House (Manayunk Roxborough)
We are two professional, late 20s/early 30s females looking for a third roommate. We are a physical therapist and a personal trainer and are both very active.
We have a private bedroom open for rent. It is a big room in a big house (especially for the Manayunk area!) and has lots of windows and natural light, a decorative fireplace and mantel, a private (secure, locked) door to the shared sun porch, and a large wall mirror.
We have a shared living room, a gorgeous large kitchen, small backyard, sunroom, large front porch just redone, unfinished basement with washer and dryer. Easy parking in a beautiful neighborhood, right on the Wissahickon trails that are great for running and biking, and right by the train, several buses and 76. We do not smoke and don't let people smoke in our house.
We have cats whose litter boxes are kept in each roommate's room, and a pet rabbit who is free roaming and litter trained and keeps mostly to his human's room. We are open to having another small animal, but sorry no dogs.
Lease term is flexible, room is open mid-May. Rent is $500 per month (pro rated rent if you move in mid-month) and utilities are divided between us. We usually pay $100-$150 each for everything. Security deposit of one-month's rent due to hold the room and will be returned upon move out.
