I am a single man, very talented handyman/carpenter, seeking a an apt. , studio, one bedroom, basement apt. or
small house to rent and /or exchange rent for remodel and maintenance service. ( I have very good references),
all my own tools, quiet, no drama, no drugs, No booze, professional. My hobbies are building, creating art, gardening in summer,
reading, teen counseling, astronomy....
I am self employed in handyman and carpenter services; I prefer to work off all or part of my rent with my talents;
however I am able to pay up to $400. - 500. per month.. I would like to live somewhere close to downtown Vancouver, although I would consider any offers.
