I am a single Christian female (I go to Cross Point Nashville Campus) and have a professional position in the TV/entertainment industry, so I don't have time for drama, or any partying at my house. I am laid back and easy to get along with. My job varies from day to day, I sometimes work from home and sometimes on location. I have a cat (she stays mainly in my bedroom) I'm actually allergic to cats, so I keep the house very clean and well vacuumed, so the fur/dander does not affect me.
The house is only 8 years old and is located just off of I-65 and Briley Parkway in the Whites Creek area, approx. 8-10 mins drive to Downtown, Nashville on a quiet street with great neighbors. The room is in the front of the house and has a Queen size bed (new mattress), wooden dresser, bedside cabinet, entertainment center, built in closet, window and ceiling fan. You would be sharing the bathroom with one other female roommate.
Utilities are NOT included.($125 per month) Washer/Dryer, Cable TV, High speed Wifi. Total per month $650 in advance. Will need $500 deposit and references please.
