READ THE WHOLE TEXT PLEASE!! I am looking for someone to take over the rest of my 3 month lease at Bryant Place Apt in Edmond, ok 73034! This month (may) is free so you'll only pay the June & July! I DO NOT OWN THIS APARTMENTS! I do not need to know any information about you, I will not be your roommate nor will I handle any kind of payments! All payments go through the office! It's a 4 bed 4 bath although you have your own private room & private bath! This means there will be 3 other roommates, that will be FEMALE! Females only!! Amenities that come with the apartment building include a pool, hot tub, free 24/7 gym, free wifi, also free cable and a stand up tanning bed, also minutes away from the university. There's is a parking lot & Parking is free! It is fully furnished with a washer and dryer in the apartment. Animals also are welcome. You do have to pay for electricity which comes out to be about $20-$30 a month, so that would make rent to be $530 a month. Any more questions just TEXT at any time!! I need out
