Seeking roommates for a June 1st ONE YEAR LEASE on Park Street in the Old North End.
Cozy full house in the Old North End, front screened in porch, W/D, shared bathroom. Have lived here for 3 years and my roommates are moving on. Very pleasant landlord. Pet friendly, but would need to make sure if it's good fit for the house.
Two rooms available at this point. Two different rooms; lovely colors, but on the smaller size, both with small closets. $530 plus electricity/gas/internet. Security deposit due at time of signing the 1 year lease.
The house is a lgbtq & personal safe space, only tolerant folks please. Seeking laid back folks with a good sense of humor; not big into partying but enjoy a drink once or twice a week or so. I am a 27 y.o. female; I work at a residential treatment facility for women and their children and mostly work evenings. I will be going back to school in the fall to finish my Bachelors degree. In the winter I spend a lot of time at home relaxing and in the summer lots of time outside biking and swimming.
