I am looking for someone to take over my lease at The Ave. It is apart of a 4 bedroom apartment but only one other room is occupied (by a really nice and clean female roommate). The apartment is just one year old and the room/apartment is fully furnished with a private bathroom! The lease goes until May 2016 and the rent is $535 plus utilities (really cheap!). I am willing to cover the first months rent (i.e. if you move in mid July I won't hold you accountable for the portion of the July rent). You can move in as soon as July 7th!!
