Its a duplex apartment you will have acces to the whole house. The bedroom is a good med to lrg size with a big closet space and great window space. You will have your own parking space. The neighborhood is quite and safe. $900 to move in and a monthly $75 charge for electric and $550 for rent. I will return $350 when you leave. You must like dogs i have some of my own and you could also have a small dog. You do have to provide your own food. im pretty kool i just need someone responsible so things could run smooth between us. Hmu if you have any questions or like some pics.
