I'm renting my second bedroom in my appartment. My roommate of 3 years has moved and I'm in need of a new roommate. It's a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in the heart of short pump has a lake view, Private patio, and is easy access to everything in town. I'm clean non-smoker and positive. Small pet allowed with $100 deposit.
The room itself has a walk in closet and an attached private bathroom. The living room has furniture. 50" Led TV. I have a full size washer/dryer. You will need your own bedroom furniture. I do plan on buying a dining table and bar stools soon.
The rent is due strictly on the 1st of the month every month. There is no need for a security deposit but full rent including utilities ($550) will be due the day of move in and strictly every month on the 1st thereafter.
