Rent will be $550 a month. This is a furnished bedroom for one person only.
Again this is one bedroom in a home for one person. You will have to a shared bathroom with one other person. Along with access to the first floor of the home which has a family room, living room, dinning room, kitchen and laundry.
Utilities are included in the rent. Cable and internet in the home.
Rent month to month with a minimum of three months. No smoking. No pets.
