I am looking to rent 3 bedrooms in my 5 bedroom 3 bath executive style home. All rooms are upstairs and share 1 upstairs bath and 1 downstairs bath. House is approx 4000sf and has formal dining and living rooms, theatre room with surround, upstairs office, large kitchen and dining rooms with all amenities, backyard has patio,bbq and 8 person hot tub. Vehicles can be parked in driveway or on street. House is located off of nw expressway and countyline rd, 5 mins to kilpatrick trnpk. There is also a small refridgerator upstairs for drinks and snacks. High efficiency washer and dryer is located on first floor

Rooms are $550ea with a $150 deposit. That includes your share of utilities, basic cable and high speed internet. There is no smoking in the house but you can smoke outside if you pick up after yourself. No pets or children. I have 1 dog and 1 cat and they don't like to share. I would prefer females just for cleanliness but am open to males as long as they keep the common areas clean and wash their own dishes. Must show proof of employment.

I am a 50yr old man that is quit and keeps a clean house and would expect the same. Guests are welcome as long as the head count is reasonable
