I am looking to rent out two rooms in a 3 bed 1 bath Eastridge home owners association apartment. Recently remodeled!! Rent is $550/month including all utilities except electricity. Secured building in a nice quiet area of town conveniently located near Alaska Regional, Providence, Alaska Native Medical Center, and UAA. Also within walking distance of the Coastal trail. I'm a nurse who recently graduated nursing school at UAA. No pets, smoking, drugs, heavy drinking please. Looking for someone who is clean, honest, and responsible. Move in as early as July 1st. First month rent and $550 security deposit due on move in date. My long time boyfriend is a seasonal worked and fishes in the summer time so he will be moving back to Anchorage in September which will lower the rent to about $400/month.
