Hi, I am a young professional looking to share my home with a coop, intern, young professional or other professional needing temporary housing. I have rented rooms out in my college condo in Ann Arbor for five years. Now, that I'm working in the Cincinnati area, I've added room rental to my home. I've had to live in temp housing two times myself. So, I know what it's like to be in a new city, room with a stranger and deal with the pressures of a new job. You need a worry free living environment and that's what I'm offering. I personally interview all renters. I deal with all roommate and household issues. I'm a laid back guy but I won't be pushed around. I have my co-workers over at least once a month, so you will have the chance to meet other engineering professionals.
About the house.
It's a two story, four bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, over 2500 square foot house in West Chester, OH.
The second floor has four bedrooms (completely furnished), 2 bathrooms, and is over 1280 sq ft. The first floor has a living (semi-furnished), dining room (furnished), eat-in kitchen with dual oven (furnished), half bath, laundry room, family room with 60 inch TV and surround sound, over 1260 sq ft. In addition the basement has over 1260 sq ft. There is a patio with a large backyard.
I have one housemate and I am looking for one more. Again this is a room for ONE person. Rent will be $550 a month which includes all utilities, including internet.
The private room is 12 x 11 furnished bedroom with queen bed, dresser, nightstand and two lamps. You will share a nice size bathroom (with a skylight) with one other person. The bathroom has a three drawer cabinet and a 7 shelve closet. You get a drawer and three shelves for your bathroom items. You will have access to all of the rooms on the first floor and the basement. House has wireless internet and cable TV.
Rent month to month with a minimum of three months. No smoking. No pets.
