I'd like to share a very reasonably priced 2-bedroom townhouse apartment located near the corner of Patterson Ave. and Lauderdale Dr. The house includes 2 large bedrooms (the available bedroom is 12'8"x11'6"), a nice living and dining area, large kitchen, 1 1/2 baths and a washer and dryer. (I'm currently renting them so if you own your own we can certainly accommodate them.) The house overlooks a quiet residential neighborhood. For those who work south of the river I am very close to 288 and it's an easy, straight shot down Patterson Ave. to get to the Fan area. Lauderdale is also a great way to get to Short Pump while avoiding all the traffic. The complex has a nice pool that is open Memorial Day to Labor Day. One half of the rent, utilities, cable and internet usually total around $550/mo. The room is available June 1, 2015. The application process through the rental office takes 1-2 weeks. This process includes a credit check, criminal background check and employment verification. (The good news here is that I and all of the neighbors have passed these same checks!)
