Hello, I'm trying to sublet my private room in the Marigny for the months of June/July/part of August (details will be worked out due to convenience of myself and the appropriate subletter). The room is private with your own entrance from the street, fully furnished (queen size bed, dresser, desk, bed stand, and more overhead storage/shelves), has working ac unit/fan, with high ceilings and hardwood floors. It's in a house with three other rooms, living room, dining room, laundry room with working washer dryer, kitchen and two bathrooms. It also has a large backyard that is fenced. Other roommates use other entrances. The rent is 550$ a month, utilities and internet included. It is just blocks from Frenchmen St., many neighbor hood bars/cafes, the french QTR, a food co-operative, and many more. It's truly a great location.
