I have one room available in a three bedroom one bathroom house. I'm looking for ONE roommate who can pay the posted rent every month with an equal amount up front as a deposit. Utilities included in the price. WiFi is available. Cable not included in rent. Washer/dryer in the basement. Some storage available in the basement. I'm only looking for young adults (under 30). That's just my personal preference, I'm 25 (male) and my other roommate that will be living here is 23 (female). The house is located on 10 mile, east of Campbell, and north of 696. Parking is out front in the street.
