My roommate and I are looking for 1 or 2 females to fill two rooms in our 4 bedroom house in South Philly from June 1st to July 31st. We're both 23 year olds, recently graduated and have jobs during the day. We're very nice and very clean people and we are looking for someone who is also very clean.
The house is conveniently located 1 block away from the Broad Street Line and very close to the East Passyunk area. There are a lot of cute cafes and restaurants in our very diverse neighborhood. The first floor of the house has a living room, dining room, half bathroom, large kitchen and a small backyard. The second floor has two bedrooms that will both be occupied, 1 full bathroom and a den. The third floor has one large bedroom and one smaller bedroom with a bathroom attached. If one person moves in for the summer, the whole third floor could be a private space. The house also has a washer and dryer in the basement. There is plenty of room for storage and street parking is available.
If furniture is needed there will be a full bed and a large dresser available.
