I am looking to sublet my apartment at the Retreat Luxury Apartments in Newark (501 Hamlet Way) this Summer from June 1st to July 31st (2 full months). It is one room of a four bedroom apartment with its own electronic key and lock, and has a full sized bathroom and large closet within the room. The floor is carpeted and the room comes equipped with a ceiling fan. The common room is furnished and has a 42" TV but the bedroom will not come with furniture (items shown in pictures are mine). There is a full size kitchen in the common area and a patio outside as well. Washer and dryer included in the unit. Must pay first time signer's fee as well (1 payment of $197 upon signing the lease). Please email me if interested.
