I am looking for a room mate to share my new 3 BR 2Bath/Pool Home/ must be 420 friendly & neat, prefer a female or 2 as long as you have a job and are clean and have good references, I travel most of the time so you will basically have the house to yourselves, the house photos are in the Redfin listing below and you can see how nice it is, big living room and kitchen, great backyard with huge pool, 2 car garage so 1 person will have street parking, hurry while I still have it UN-rented, the pool also has a large waterfall and I am updating everything in house, cable, big screen TV etc the house is off Lone Mountain and Simmons, Casino Workers are a Plus, Hostess, Cocktail Waitress, Front Desk etc..
