well I am moving on the 1st of August . this rental it jus available for this month. if all things go well, I may extend the lease but for right now it is available from today June 25 until close of business on August 1. this is the master bedroom on lower level. 3 males live upstairs who lease also ends the 1st of august . it is private room and bath. the walls are blue now but will be painted back to original color tomorrow. I also have a bed n stand for room if you need a bed u can have min n stand for additional 75( the bed\stand you can take with you has two closets also. only serious inquiries. if moved in by Friday , you will pay no deposit. room has TV in it also . first come first serve
