I'm currently looking for a down to earth, open minded, clean, non smoker, please be over 21 under younger than 45.. and responsible new roommate.. :-)
the condo is very spacious 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom.. it includes washer and dryer in the garage, huge deck, parking, snow removal, trash removal, the condo is on the second floor.. somewhat fence yard.. dog friendly... need to sign a year lease.. the landlord is super awesome, :-)
rent is $600 a month plus utilities.. the security deposit is $500. The condo is located on Broadway in South Portland.. 10 minute drive to the Maine Mall and 5 minutes from downtown Portland.. 3 miles from Willard Beach and SMCC..
A tad bit about me,
I'm 33 year old female, I have a very awesome dog who is a collie/shepherd mix, he is medium size, I'm responsible, clean, loves a glass of wine, down to earth, outgoing, pay my bills on time, I do have a regular income, huge movie buff and also loves music.. Not into the whole party scene, non smoker...
