I am looking for a 2 bedroom apartment in Augusta for under 600. My husband and I would like to move in either May or June. It MUST pass all fire safety codes and be lead free. We would like off street parking and heat/hot water included. We have references and my husband works full time, and I will be as well all summer. We do not smoke and are very quiet. We are looking for at least a year lease, but would like to stay longer if the neighborhood is.
