Hello everyone. I will have a master room with its own bathroom that will be ready for move in on June 30TH. The rent will be $600,and is CASH(MONTHLY ONLY NOT WEEKLY) ..it is furnished and all utilities are included as well as w/d and wifi(for basic use only(no movie downloads,netflix,or gaming systems). This is not a long term rental and the room and rent is set for a single person.( couples will be a little higher). You will have kitchen use as well.We have two kids,but they are respectable.We are NOT 420 or ANY DRUG FRIENDLY. That means not in the house or on the property,Cigarette smoking will be done outside only!We do have pets,but no more can be brought in. I cannot guarantee quiet,as i am a musician and i practice a few nights a week and occasionally have my band here for practice. WE ARE NOT ON A BUS LINE.You can view the room now,but keep in mind the other tenant is still here,so it works around his schedule and the room cannot be held for anyone,without the first months rent being paid,as a deposit.References may be checked,and a background check may be done.
