I am putting up my apt lease for a private bedroom for a female to move-in on July 1st, 2015. I will be graduating from PSU and will be traveling for the Summer. The lease ends Sept. 6st (you must sign a new lease to stay there afterwards) I am currently 21 y/o and live with college students (3 ladies) also in their early 20s. They are friendly, open, clean, and 420 friendly. No pets allowed; only service/medical reason pets.
The apt is a 4 private bedroom with 2 shared bathrooms. It includes all appliances, laundry station on the floor, fully furnished in living room and bedroom. $150 deposit and online application will be filled out.
Rent includes utilities and other amenities such as fitness center, computer lab, study lounges with flat screens, wi-fi, etc.
It is right on PSU campus, 5 mins from Downtown & Waterfront and street car access to pearl district, green/yellow max line (can take you to beaverton, hillsboro, gresham, PDX airport, etc) right in front of the building! Great location to enjoy Portland's Summer!
It is university setting - so there are college students and younger population around, it may/may not be the setting you want. However, the university housing is definitely open to anyone, not just those who attend the university.
