I live in a 4 bedroom/2 bath, fully furnished (smart TV, couch and love seat, kitchen table and 4 chairs, full sized bed, desk, chair, etc..) with 3 super cool guys at University Pointe PSU, but I am transferring to a different school at the end of Spring term. My room will be available to take over after 6/24/2015. Shared bathroom with one of the other 3 roommates (he's very clean and respectful). Rent = $644/month (utilities/trash included). Laundry room on site (one floor below floor apartment is located on). On PSU campus. You can stay for just the summer or renew and continue to live there in the fall.
